Company owners, the Ellman family, forged strong roots in the bedding business starting three generations ago in South Africa. International Bedding, the company founded by Leon Ellman when he came to this country in 1974, grew to become one of the US’s top independent bedding manufacturers. Now, the Ellmans’ entrepreneurial spirit and experience influence the new direction of Interflex.

President of the company is Joe Piana who has spent over 20 years working with high-profile companies, including Bassett Bedding, Orthomatic, and Leggett & Platt. With his unparalleled engineering expertise and knowledge of the industry, Piana is the ideal leader for this growing company.
